Offshore sailor and Volvo Ocean Race veteran Liz Wardley, who is also a personal trainer, answers questions on fitness for offshore sailors. Liz was a member of Team SCA for the 2014-5 Edition of the Volvo Ocean Race. She is working in the Volvo Ocean Race boatyard in Lisbon preparing for the 2017-8 Edition of the Volvo Ocean Race. Liz has also perfected the art of StandUp Paddle-boarding too as well as ocean kayaking; pretty much anything on the water.
