Liz shares her personal fitness training to prepare for long periods at sea and the arduous physical demands of the Volvo Ocean Race
In the final episode of this six-part series on Offshore Sailor’s Fitness, sailor and Volvo Ocean Race veteran Liz Wardley, who is also a personal trainer, shares her daily training program. Liz is currently working in the Volvo Ocean Race boatyard in Lisbon preparing for the 2017-8 Edition of the Volvo Ocean Race. Liz has also perfected the art of StandUp Paddle-boarding too as well as ocean kayaking; pretty much anything on the water.
