On this week’s show Poppy Cleall is joined by Chris Stafford standing in for Kim Donaldson. Poppy offers a review of the Under 20 Tri Nations that recently took place in Halifax, Nova Scotia and explains why this youth tournament is important for developing international players.  Poppy names three standout performances and why we should watch out for these talented young players.  We also hear about the Aon University Sevens Series and Poppy picks the University of Queensland as her Team of the Month.  And we learn that England’s Front Row Rochelle ‘Rocky’ Clark, the Most Female Capped Player of all time; and third Most Capped Female or Male, announced her retirement with 137 caps to her name.  ‘Rocky’ played in three World Cups winning the 2014 trophy, is now a Level 3 Coach for a men’s team and aiming for Level 4 Coach.  Poppy tells us about the UK Premiership that starts next week, her pre-season training and what she will go through for her fitness test next week.
