Kara Lynn & Coach Christen’s guest this week is three-time Olympic 400m medley swimmer Elizabeth Beisel. Their conversation is at once entertaining, educational and informative as Elizabeth offers words of wisdom from her illustrious career during which she collecting medals in all colors from World Championships to Olympic Games. Elizabeth, 26, has now retired as an athlete and is currently enjoying her new found freedom. She tells us how she is taking advantage of retirement and looking forward to what’s to come. Elizabeth reminds us that you can’t do everything in one day but you can do one thing every day. One of team USA great swimmers Elizabeth says to be great you have to fail.
