Offshore Sailor and Personal Fitness Trainer Liz Wardley explains the hurdles that face female sailors in the Volvo Ocean Race

In episode five of this six-part series on Offshore Sailor’s Fitness, sailor and Volvo Ocean Race veteran Liz Wardley, who is also a personal trainer explains the type of hurdles to overcome in the Volvo Ocean race.  Liz is currently working in the Volvo Ocean Race boatyard in Lisbon preparing for the 2017-8 Edition of the Volvo Ocean Race.  Liz has also perfected the art of StandUp Paddle-boarding too as well as ocean kayaking; pretty much anything on the water.
