Tara Campbell talks to Lisa Abramson, a former marketing executive turned executive coach, speaker and entrepreneur. Lisa found running and yoga helped her treatment when she changed her direction after battling postpartum depression and psychosis.

“My family noticed it first in me…and eventually I was hospitalized, which is common in postpartum psychosis.” -Lisa Abrasion

Her treatment and sport has guided her to a higher level of self awareness and discipline in her daily schedule and sleep routine. After a decade spent as a marketing executive in California, Lisa now works full-time to inspire other women to follow their dreams to achieve success through Mindfulness Based Achievement (MBA), a program she co-founded.
